Resale in the Russian and Bulgarian markets : from November 2009

If your Bansko property covers the following requirements and you agree to our terms:

1. The property has to be finished, the building issued Act 16 (minimum requirement).
2. You provide us with all necessary details about the proeprty.
3. We advise you on the realistic property market in Bansko free of charge.
4. We will list your property free of charge till the end of March 2010.
5. You agree , that in case of a sale our Legal team in Bulgaria will complete the deal.
6. You agree to pay us 3,5% comission under standard British agency agreement.
