Bansko road construction works almost completed - 2 November 2007
Major improvement road works on Bansko - Simitli road (the bottleneck many who visited Bansko in the last years have seen) are just before completion. FIRST BULGARIA team , travelling to Bansko on 1 November 2007 have seen only 100 m. left to complete all road construction works. Travel time from Sofia International Airport now takes 2 hours and less. It is expected that the new improved road link Simitli - Bansko Razlog valley will make 2007/2008 ski season a pleasurable experience.
