Golfing rights from Pirin Golf Contracts disclosed after row over golfing in Bansko.
Due to the increasing number of enquiries for additional information regarding the use of the 18 hole Ian Woosnam golf course in Bansko - Razlog valley and the golf infrastructure , the exclusive developers of Pirin Golf Resort (Pirin Golf & Country Club) agreed to disclose parts from Pirin Golf & Country Club contracts to the public. Regardless of many warnings stating clearly the ownership and exclusivity of Pirin Golf course, some agents and developers continue to insist that golf will be "free" on a "pay per play basis" on the 18 hole Ian Woosnam signature golf course.

The golfing rights, coming with Pirin Golf property contracts (part of the golfing section seen above) are what the future owners at Pirin Golf and Country Club get.
Unless a property (apartment , house) is offered with the same contractual guarantees , ownership of property around Pirn Golf Resort will not provide access to the 18-hole Ian Woosnam signature golf course (Pirin Golf). If an investor feels uncertain, he/she should ask for checks by his/her appointed solicitor, who works on the contracts before signing.
