The exclusive developer of Pirin Golf & Country Club recently announced officially the following:
Any claims for access to the 18-hole Ian Woosnam design golf course or the adjascent golf infrastructure, based on contracts, letters, e-mails or verbal commitments, other than Pirin Golf & Country Club official contracts have no legal power and are void and nill.
The projects listed bellow are not associated in any way with the 18-hole Ian Woosnam design golf course or the golf infrastructure under development, which is inside Pirin Golf and Country Club private, gated community.

The abovementioned developments' list may not be full.
Anyone will be free to buy Pirin Golf & Country Club resort holiday packages, which will include accomodation inside Pirin Golf & Country Club and use of the golf and other facilities upon availability. Tee time only will not be sold on a "pay and play basis". Please take a look at the exclusive Pirin Golf clubhouse - the focal point for the golfers. A half-way clubhouse is aleady operational in the practice area some 100 m to the South.
