Reserving a property till 30.12.2007 - at 2007 prices
Buyers at Pirin Golf & Country Club - the genuine golf - ski property in Bansko - Razlog ski area , Bulgaria will pay at least 3% more from 01.01.2008, compared to 2007 prices, the developers announced.
Those , who reserve their properties before 30.12.2007 will make use of the present pricelist regardless of contract date (it may be after 01.01.2008).
Property priceslists with furniture included (fully furnished Pirin Golf & Country Club properties) are already available.
The announcement, comes from official Pirin Golf & Country Club sources and marks an opposite trend to the one, some developments around the golf site face. Interest for "cheap Bansko golf property overlooking the 18-hole Ian Woosnam golf course" plumeted after
Pirin Golf residents' exclusivity was confirmed in November 2007.
At the moment, the prices at Pirin Golf & Country Club are still lower than the prices in many Bansko and Razlog developments.
Example: the price of a fully furnished spacious (47,75 sq.m.) studio at Pirin Golf & Country Club is only EUR 1,414 sq.m, while in neighbouring developments without golf it reaches EUR 1,515 sq.m.
Prirn Golf & Country Club - Bansko Razlog valley, is the last Bulgarian gated golf resort to make an upward property price correction, following
The Lighthouse Golf & SPA resort , which increased prices with 10% in October 2007, and
Ibar Country Golf and SPA , up 3-15% from 16.12.2007.
