Paradiso Verde - Bansko : 2010
Paradiso Verde - Bansko aparthotel complex was built in the Kosherinata area on a hilltop position, just above the town of Bansko. The Kosherinata area has the lowest built density hosting only 5-6 aparthotels - Mountain Dreams, Elite Lodge, Pirin Park View, St George Lodge to name some. It's hilltop position provides excellent, panoramic views to Pirin Mountains, Rila Mountains and the town of Bansko.
Paradiso Verde is only 800 m from the base Gondola lift station and together with the aparthotels mentioned is one of the few real ski in - ski out developments in the area. The complex is architecturally designed in an Alpine style with a mix of local traditional elements - stone and wood paneling of the outer walls and balconies.
Paradiso Verde - phase I has been opened, and the first owners with completed apartments enjoyed the open-air swimming pool in late summer 2009. Phase II is now close to completion.
Paradiso Verde's location on the boundary of Pirin National Park makes it a good starting point for winter and summer activities - one can ski down to the Gondola station (if snow conditions are good) or walk up in the mountains directly .
