EXTRAS AVAILABLE FOR IBAR GOLF PROPERTIES
The flexible scheme for adding extra elements to IBAR GOLF VILLAS AND HOUSES gives future owners the opportunity to choose from a variety of options. These include adding a garage or car port to certain villa types (where not included in the price as part of the architectural design), installation of a swimming pool , installation of hot mineral water, exetrnal jacuzzi or a whole mini-SPA centre.
Extra features are available only to villas and houses.

1. Garage or car port:
Where not provided as part of the standard villa design a garage or a car port can be added at additional cost.
Prices:
* Garage : 14,000 EUR
* Car port : 11,000 EUR
Garage or a car port is included in the price of all new type villas ISKRA , RADINA , IRINA and NINA. |

2. Pool , external jacuzzi:
2 types of external pools and 3 types jacuzzi are available:
Prices:
idney shaped pool: 29,000 EUR
Standard pool: 29,000 EUR
Jacuzzi: 3 types 13,000 - 20,000 EUR
Pool installation have to be ordered jontly with the property.

3. Hot mineral water installation:
Hot mineral water in your tub is a luxury few golf resorts offer. At IBAR GOLF Club this is possible due to the close proximity of healing mineral water springs.
Price:
* 2000 EUR per villa (house) installation.
The price covers the costs for special pipe system and separate mineral water installation inside the villa (house).

4. Mini Spa Centre:
A Mini Spa centre can be added to the villas if one considers mineral water installation or the external pool insuficient for full relaxation.
Prices:
* Sauna or Steam bath and shower 12 sq.m. : 20,000 EUR
* Sauna or Steam bath and fitness 24 sq.m. : 30,000 EUR
* Sauna and Steam bath 24 sq.m. : 36,000 EUR
* Sauna or Steam bath & Jacuzzi 24 sq.m. : 45,000 EUR
* Sauna , Steam bath & Jacuzzi 30 sq.m. : 55,000 EUR

5. Stone cladding ( villa CRISTINA)
If a client decides for the highly successful in STAGE - I villa CRISTINA, he/she may order as additional element beatifull stone cover of ground floor level external walls.
