Pirin Golf & Country Club : residents' full EXCLUSIVITY confirmed

 

12 November 2007. Pirin Golf & Country Club President, Mr. Nikolay Kaloyanov signed an OFFICIAL STATEMENT, which puts an end to any speculation with the 18-hole Ian Woosnam design Pirin Golf course and the entire golf infrastructure at the resort.

Full text is available upon request. The document clearly defines the category "resident" and states who will have access to the golf courses and facilities. It also confirms that the owners of the Ian Woosnam design golf course have never entered into any agreement with any developer, building outside for providing golf or use of the golf infrastructure on any basis.

The official document warns that using Pirin Golf & Country Club proprietary marketing material without authorization is illegal. All developers and agents who use Pirin Golf and Country Club masterplan map or 3-D images without written consent from their owner - Pirin Golf Holidays Club Jsc., must immediately remove this material from all marketing brochures, websites etc. Those using Pirin Golf copyright material without authorisation may face legal action.
