98% of all new build holiday homes in Bansko fell into 3 categories: studio apartments, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. Few are larger - 3-bedroom , penthouses or townhouses, which we are ready to furnish as well.
Our two types of Bansko packages differ by the material, used for furniture production. The standard packs are produced from durable, high quality MVC and MDF , while the solid wood packs include furniture items, produced from solid pine wood. We can furnish with hard wood furniture produced from solid oak, however the price will be higher and delivery time may be longer. |
Studio apartment packages. Our packs can be customised to the client's needs - they can be purchased either without a kitchen (many Bansko developers offer kitchen as part of the property deal) or with the kitchen and its complete installation. If purchased with a kitchen , the electrical appliances come also as part of the pack, including installation and testing. The packages differ by quality: the cheaper one comes with "IKEA" quality , while the second option resembles French ski property furnishing - hard wood. Prices start from € 1,890.

One bedroom apartment packages. Our 2 packs for one-bedroom apartments in Bansko can also be customised to the client's needs - they can be purchased either without a kitchen or with the kitchen. If purchased with a kitchen , the electrical appliances come also as part of the pack, which includes installation and testing. As with the studio packs , they differ in quality: the cheaper one comes at "IKEA" quality level , while the second option is with solid wood furniture. Prices start from € 3,235.

Two bedroom apartment furniture packages. The 2-bed packs are also offered in 2 main designs and in 2 options without a kitchen or with a kitchen - installed and fitted. If purchased with a kitchen , the white goods come also as part of the pack, which includes installation and testing. They include all necessary furniture items, which will make your apartment habitable and ready for renting. A high quality 2-bedroom furnishing will cost (solid wood) € 7,990 . Prices start from € 5,360.

Custom furnishing. If you have special requirements and prefer to furnish your Bansko property in design, which goes beyond our indicative offer - we'll be ready to help. Furniture will be offered according to your requirements, however the time for delivery may be extended if items with specific featutures are to be ordered as "individually designed furniture" or electrical appliancies are not available in stock (for instance specific model). Custom furnishing is more expensive than the packaged deals, but we are aware that some clients may opt for it.

Household packs. Often , the numerous bits and pieces , needed to turn a new-build property into a place for pleasurable winter or summer holidays are integrated into "full packs" , sometimes containing items which are normally used in our everyday life , but rarely during our holidays, lasting a week or two. Our household pack, containing linen, duvets, small electrical goods (toaster, elecrical kettle), cutlery etc. are carefully selected to scrap any unneeded items. If you feel, something additional is necessary - we'll add it. If you think, that something is in excess - we'll remove it and you will get a new quote. Prices start from € 545.

Note that First Bulgaria Bansko furniture packs for studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments when delivered with kitchen included contain the main electrical appliances like hob, refrigerator, extractor hood and oven. They are installed and tested by one of our qualified electricians. We shall provide a detailed quote and free , no-obligation advice.
