PIRIN - DISTRICT II
Pirin District II is situated south of the main road. The planning of the quarter is a combination of linked and individual apartment houses. Communications network provides access to the underground and on ground parking lots.
Two major internal spaces with pedestrian access from the north between Block 1 and Block 3 are formed and the internal spaces are beautifully landscaped, with recreation areas, two pools and coffee shops.
The project develops in five principal levels: underground parking lots and four floors above. The freestanding blocks are designed without underground level. The construction follows the slope of the area.

Pirin District - II

The architectural concept borrows from the rich local traditions using basic materials and details typical for the region — a combination of stonework with plaster, wood boarding, wooden balconies and roof details. All apartments have spacious terraces, the ground floor apartments individual courtyards.
