How does it work ?
1. You contact us and with your agreement we assess what your needs are.
2. We offer you from the outset initial consultation free of charge.
3. We inform you about our terms of business , costs and timings.
4. If you agree we then sign a Service Agreement with you.
5. Our Legal team will work out all necessary documents.
6. You will be provided with a completion update .
7. Following all steps the client completes the property purchase.

It saves time, money and comes with a quality guarantee.
Note: Many people hold Preliminary contracts for the purchase of Bulgarian properties, which are "mortgage non-compliant". These contracts need to be adjusted in order to make them acceptable to the lender. If you intend to cover part of your purchase with a mortgage you will need extra time to complete it property. We are ready to help.
 
We are also ready to extend help to buyers , who started their purchase in developments we never sold, but faced problems with their developers (insolvency etc). We shall be glad to extend our specialist completion service including legal support and act on their behalf in Bulgaria, including in cases like the recent Bulgarian Dreams case.
