Borovets has 42 km. of blue , red and black ski runs for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers.
The resort is located at 1350 m. above sea level on the northern slopes of Rila mountains, which form one of the largest National Parks in Bulgaria. The highest peak in the Balkans - Moussala (2925) towers above.
Sequoia II luxury apartment house is designed in the architectural style of Borovets using natural materials - stone and wood.
