Sequoia 1 & 2 - Borovets are part of Sequoia Apartment Complex gated community in the oldest Bulgarian winter resort. The name of the complex is inspired by the evergreen sequoia trees arround it. Borovets has 42 km. of blue , red and black ski runs for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers.
The resort is located at 1350 m. above sea level on the northern slopes of Rila mountains, which form one of the largest National Parks in Bulgaria. The highest peak in the Balkans - Moussala (2925) towers above.
Sequoia I & II luxury apartment houses are designed in the architectural style of Borovets using natural materials - stone and wood.
