Sofia, Bulgaria: Pirin Golf course owners , the developers of Pirin Golf and Country Club made an official statement and issued a special letter to reassure investors and confirm earlier statements regarding the exclusive status and golfing rights of property owners on the 18 hole Ian Woosnam signature golf course in Bansko Razlog valley. The letter puts an end to numerous rumours, speculations and fancy stories for "pay per play golf" surrounding the only golf course in Bansko and its development. Please note that any paper ("letter" etc.) issued by anyone who is NOT the OWNER of the golf course has no legal power whatsoever and will not provide access or golf on the 18 - hole Ian Woosnam signature golf course.
