A number of official announcements were issued by Pirin Golf & Country Club to caution future investors, who may be mislead about the status of the golf courses . The exclusive rights of Pirin Golf and Country Club residents (owners and their guests) were also endorsed officially to remove any doubt and disperse all rumours surrounding the 18 - hole Ian Woosnam design golf course and the second 18-hole Pine course.

 

The 18-hole Ian Woosnam design Pirin Golf course and its facilities as well as its planned extension are designed by top European golf designers to serve the residents and owners inside Pirin Golf and Country Club gated complex.

The number of residential properties inside the gated complex (less than 600) is designed to accommodate the number of golfers on the course, driving range, putting greens and all auxiliary training facilities using examples from other well developed golf destinations with similar, mountain and ski resort area golf courses ( USA, Canada and the Alpine golf courses in Europe).

To disperse confusions, arising from marketing Bansko - Razlog golf and ski investment "close to the 18-hole Ian Woosnam design golf course", the developer and owner of Pirin Golf and Country Club placed clear signs at the entrance of the development about the status of the golf course.
