Very often a transitional period occurs between the effective transfer of property ownership (signing the Notary Deeds) and the moment, in which the building (resort) becomes operational with amenities functioning to the standards required. This transitional period may last for a couple of months and even more.

Once you receive your Notary deeds , you become fully responsible for your property , all issues related to it and partially for the building (resort), in which your property is located.
