PAYMENT
You can reserve a property or pay for your inspection (viewing) trip to Bulgaria online.
1. Following your instructions we take off the open market the unit ( off-plan studio or apartment).
2. You pay the reservation fee online.
3. Within 24 hours we send to you a copy of the Purchase option agreement. You fill it in and return it back to us.
From that moment on the unit (studio, apartment) is reserved exclusively for you as buyer for the period specified in the Purchase option agreement (usually 24-30 days).
Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable , but fully deductible from the first installment after preliminary contract is signed. If you decide to buy a a property with First Bulgaria (SNM Solutions Ltd.) we shall refund fully the cost of you inspection trip as well.
