PAYMENTS
You can pay for the services purchased by bank transfer to our account or online through PayPal for small ammounts . Sometimes bank transfer charges are too high for small amounts.
1. Following receipt of your signed Order Form , we will issue a VAT invoice.
2. Once we receive cleared funds into our bank account we issue a Confirmation letter of receipt.
3. Within 24 hours we send to you a copy of the Purchase option agreement. You fill it in and return it back to us.
From that moment on the unit (studio, apartment) is reserved exclusively for you as buyer for the period specified in the Purchase option agreement (usually 24-30 days).
Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable , but fully deductible from the first installment after preliminary contract is signed. If you decide to buy a a property with First Bulgaria we shall refund fully the cost of you inspection trip as well.
