What are you offering , which is different from other overseas property agents?
We offer high quality Bulgarian property investments * and related services, which are usually unobtainable through other sources . Most services, which come free of charge for small individual investors are personalised and tailoured to their circumstances.
What company is FIRST BULGARIA ™ ? Are you developers or agents ?
First Bulgaria ™ is a company registered and successfully operating in the United Kingdom and Bulgaria for almost 4 years as an investment consultants and Bulgarian property service providers.
Due to the changes in the Bulgarian property market, in 2008 the company focused only on activities and areas, adding value to our clients' investments - new-build property , resales, distessed sales, high quality furnishing , property management.
For the rest of our property portfolio consisting of Bulgarian properties in the best performing locations - Bansko Razlog ski and golf resort area, Black sea coastal golf zone and in the capital Sofia we act as investment consultants who, carefully handpicked the developments from hundreds of offers. We know the developers and owners and checked their reliability. We checked the quality of the properties as an investment target. In many cases the prices we can secure for our clients are below market value.
Why should a small investor buy property with you instead of directly contacting the developers to make arrangements with them?
It is up to anyone to decide how to act. It is worth thinking about the time and money one will spend in persuit of the "cheaper price" , wich may be unobtainable through the "DIY investment method".
Most services we offer free of charge with our developments usually do not come for free in the United Kingdom. We do organise VIP inspection trips , which are fully refundable if a clent decides to further an acquisition with us.
How does the buying process normally go?
The buying process for standard, individual property acquisitions is explained in our short Buyer's guide and is relatively simple. Bulk buys and investment projects are aranged on an individual basis only.

Yes, in 2009 due to the increased demand for quality property management First Bulgaria introduced its Bulgarian property management service. We are one of the few regulated companies to offer it in the United Kingdom .
