What company is FIRST BULGARIA ™ ? Are you developers or agents ?
FIRST BULGARIA ™ is the trading name of SNM Solutions Ltd. , a company registered and successfully operating in the United Kingdom for 3 years as an investment consultants.
Due to the rapid changes in the Bulgarian market in early 2008 the company concentrated its focus only in areas and activities , whith perspective to add value for investors.
From 2008 FIRST BULGARIA ™ teams closely with large developers to increase the synergy effect of both companies' business in the EU markets and bring their activities to a new quality level.
For the rest of our property portfolio consisting of Bulgarian properties in the best performing locations - Bansko Razlog ski and golf resort area, Black sea coastal golf property and capital Sofia estates we act as investment consultants who, carefully handpicked the developments from hundreds of offers. We know the developers and owners and checked their reliability. We checked the quality of the properties as investment target. In many cases the prices we can secure for our clients are well below market value.
Why should a small investor buy property with you instead of directly contacting the developers to make arrangements with them?
It is up to anyone to decide how to act. It is worth thinking about the time and money one will spend in persuit of the "cheaper price" , wich may be unobtainable through the "DIY investment method".
Most services we offer free of charge with our developments usually do not come for free in the United Kingdom. We do organise VIP inspection trips , which are fully refundable if a clent decides to further an acquisition with us.
How does the buying process normally go?
The buying process for standard, individual property acquisitions is explained in our short Buyer's guide and is relatively simple. Bulk buys and investment projects are aranged on an individual basis only.
