An all-encompassing two-step service designed for those who have decided to invest in the Bulgarian property market.
Bulgaria PropertyBuyer (PortfolioBuilder) reduces your risk and direct buying costs (sometimes artificially increased) by saving you time and resources . If you opt to invest in property, featured on www.Bulgariaproperty-finder.com, the service comes free except for the costs of your company formation fees (if you buy property with land). Every week we make a selection of 3-5 Bulgarian properties with special features and put them on offer within our special incentive programme. How it works?
STEP - I:
1. You state your preferences on:
* The type of property in Bulgaria you intend to invest in,
* Your preferred location,
* The amount you wish to invest (budget frame),
* Any other information you consider relevant,
* How you wish to be communicated with,

2. We contact you to check all details.
3. You pay an initial fixed fee to start the Bulgaria PropertyBuyer process.
4. You receive, within an agreed timeframe, your Bulgaria PropertyBuyer pack setting out all the initially agreed details
of your intended investment.
STEP - II:
5. If you decide to invest in Bulgarian property from our featured portfolio:
* You contact us and pay reservation deposit - usually 1000 Euros/ £ 800. We take off the open market your selected
property for 1 month, it's reserved for you as exclusive buyer.
* We organise individual inspection (viewing) trips at a highly competitive price.

6. Normally, if you are satisfied with your choice, you check the Preliminary contract with your solicitor. If you don't have
one with expertise in Bulgarian property we can (on your request only!) assist with the contact details of 2-3
qualified solicitors (one with both English and Bulgarian qualifications), who have extensive experience in this field.
7. You normally send through us the signed Preliminary contract to the developer and pay (in the agreed timeframe) the
ammount of the first instalment required.
8. We assist you at any moment during STEP - II with free advice, if you decide to get it from us.
9. That's it! Simple, straightforward and secure.
